The Internet page www.aspid.pt (“PAGE”) is property of Aspid Portugal, Lda, with Headquarters at Av. das Túlipas n.º 6 – 8.º C - 1495-161 Miraflores, VAT n. 506 426 602, registered in the “Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Lisboa” under n.º 15833 (“ASPID”). All the contents of this “PAGE”, namely illustrations, trade marks, information were developed by ASPID or by other entities under contract with ASPID. The contents, goods and services mentioned in the “PAGE”, can have exclusive rights, of industrial or intellectual property, of ASPID or other entities. It is expressively forbidden to copy, broadcast, modify, expose, transmit or disclose in any way or for any purpose, the contents of the “PAGE”, as well as the immaterial goods subjected to exclusive rights. It is, however, allowed to the users of this “PAGE” to download part or all information of the site since that copy is for private or journalistic use and not for commercial purposes and that do not eliminate or modify, by any way, the references to ASPID rights that are related with the contents or of other entities referred as having exclusive rights. The eventual use of information shall mention the source of information and shall not, in any case, be considered into taking decisions. The services eventually done are property of ASPID and do not give any right of intellectual or industrial property to the user by ASPID or by any other service supplier or product supplier throughout this “PAGE”. ASPID undertakes to process and use the received personal data of the users of this “PAGE” in accordance with the law, namely to give access to all data that have to do directly with ASPID and to correct or add information, if that is required. All registered names and designations used for commercial purposes, trades, logos and domains mentioned in the “PAGE” belong to the entities within and to ASPID. The inclusion of electronic links also called “hyperlinks” in the “PAGE” shall not be seen neither as an offer by ASPID of contents, products or services give by that internet page, nor as a warranty of ASPID connected to its quality or truth of the information contained in the “PAGE”. The information concerning any products or services in the “PAGE” can be changed by ASPID at any moment without prior notice. In case of association with a foreign country, it is established that this contract shall be ruled in accordance with the Portuguese Law.
