Aspid Portugal, with offices in Lisbon, is a holding company of the International AspidCom Group, with headquarters in Madrid, and started its activities in the end of 2002. AspidCom, former Tekelec´s spanish subsidiary was born in 1988, changing the name to AspidCom in 2000, after a MBO.
